LICENSE AGREEMENT

FREE IE CLEANER HAS NO ADWARE, NO SPYWARE!

The following is the license agreement for the software called Free IE Cleaner. Free IE Cleaner is copyrighted (c) 2005, Frontier Design Group. No use of Free IE Cleaner software (hereinafter referred as Software) is authorized and/or allowed unless you fully understand and agree to every and each statement of this license agreement.

WARNING

This Software is protected by copyright law and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this Software, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

LICENSES

Frontier Design Group grants to Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use this Software ON A SINGLE MACHINE. It's not forbidden to make one copy of the Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes. You may install and use the Software within your own organization only. Resale or sublicensing is prohibited.

NO WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES THAT IT IS FREE OF DEFECTS, MERCHANTABLE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGING. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY YOU. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.

AUTHOR DOES NOT MAKE OR ASSUME ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (EITHER IN FACT OR BY OPERATION OF LAW). AUTHOR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO:

a. Modify parts of Software which were delivered without sources.

b. Decompile or reverse engineer the Software.
You must accept this agreement before you proceed with Software installation. By installing Software you agree to all terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to any statements of this agreement, you must immediately terminate the Software installation process or cease using Software if it's already installed.
